Driving!
..Just finished my 3rd off road driving lesson. Its important i pass my test as soon as i hit 17 because its only going to be me and mum in a few months and we wont have any mode of transport. That will be wierd…Without liam to take us where we want, or asking my dad for a lift. Dads moving to london will really change things and Liam going off to uni will just add to it. I will be the one to take my mum where she wants to go because she cant do it herself. Macular Degeneration is an evil disease. it takes away not only her sight but her independance. Try and think about all the things you wouldnt be able to do without your eyes? Not nice eh? :/

Music
I know every singer will say “I was singing before i spoke” but i was, if i wanted to say something i would sing it. That probably got very annoying for those surounding me. Music has always been a Very important part of my life and i believe it makes me who i am. My mother always knew i had a tallent and she wanted to get me coached profesionally as soon as i was old enough to know what i was doing myself, and that i was sure music was something i wanted to do, and of course it was. I was 7 years old when i had my first singing lesson and i thought it was fantastic. Any instrument i saw i wanted to pick up and have a go (i still do that now) and so far i’ve managed to teach myself to play Piano and with help from teachers i can also play guitar.
My first guitar was a battered antique and i didnt think much of it back then and i was embarassed when i took it to school for lessons because everybody else played shiny electrics and i desperately wanted one! looking back now that guitar was absoluely gorgeous and it would still be one of my favourites if my Darling brother hadnt over tuned it and caused the neck to snap off:(. I fianlly got the electric i wanted and can still remember the one and ONLY solo that i was taught :’) Since then i’m strictly an acoustic girl but i do have a beautiful Gibson Les Paul that to be honest does not get enough playing.
Soo, my target for the summer is to learn more tecniques on guitar, imporove my notation reading and get busking:) so if you see me in cardiff on the streets singing stop for a listen:)

Exams are nearly over. Only one real one left to sit, Music. (by not real, i mean welsh shouldnt even be classed as an exam) I can’t wait for loud music in the garden and a garden full of friends(: bring on the summer sun, sea salt and chlorine! (even if they do turn my hair peach!)
